About the O3dyn Simulation Model

The O3dyn simulation model is a virtual representation of the real outdoor robot O3dyn and enables the realistic evaluation of new designs, sensors and algorithms within the simulation.

Core Functionalities

  • Physically optimized, 3D simulation model of the „O3dyn“ outdoor robot
  • Integration of the simulation model in NVIDIA Isaac Sim with embedded ROS and ROS 2 connection for testing the dynamics as well as processing sensor data
  • Exemplary application scenarios, e.g., teleoperation, autonomous navigation, and pallet manipulation
