About Port Transfer

Port Transfer is a service for the orchestration of transport an port areas. Actors in the transport chain can contribute to a better design of the supply chain through the joint digitalization and optimization of container transfers. This promises not only a reduction of transport costs but also a considerable relief of the port area as well as the peripheral road traffic network and thus a significant reduction of CO2 and noise emissions.

Essential Features

  • Web-based system to support terminal dispatchers, which centrally maps transshipment orders and available resources (transshipment platform)

  • Optimization algorithm for route planning and matching of available resources
